hi there , just moved to hong kong , i have a jar full on GBP and USD coins does anyone know where i can exchange them for HKD

You can generally only exchange coins in the country of issue, so you'd need to take them to the UK and USA and either pay them into a bank account and wire transfer, or convert them to notes which you could exchange in the traditional way.

Alternatively, plenty of global charities (e.g. UNICEF) can use them.
