Hi All:

I'm on the committee of the local darts association, and we're looking for some new blood.

We run a bi-annual league, which have about four non/semi-local teams in different divisions.

If you're a steel tip player (or even a soft tipper wanting to play steel tip, pls pm me.

The next league starts in a couple of weeks, and so if you want to play in it I'm sure we can find you a team to join.

Yes it is. There's a steel tip league and two soft tip leagues in Hong Kong.

For steel tip, the next league starts in July.

One of the soft tip leagues has started last week as well.

My team plays out of Bulldogs in Wanchai, but there are many other bars that host teams as well.

If you want to know more you can reply to this thread or come down to the bar next Tuesday, or most Mondays from the following week.

I'm a Physiotherapist working in Central, would like to try some new hobbies after work, 7pm.

May I ask if I can join you guys for learning some dart playing?

Under normal circumstances I'd say definitely yes, but unfortunately I can only get out for a couple of times a week and that's for match night and poker night!

However, please come along to Bulldogs next Tuesday evening after 7:30-9:30 if you have time; it's our last practice before the season starts and we'll be able to start you off.

If there's anyone else wanting to pick up the game, or just to play a few, please come along as well. Perhaps there'll be enough of you to start a regular throwing session if not a new team.
