I was wondering the exact same thing.. MegaBox basically ruined themselves by opening so soon. SO many people went to check it out, but there was NOTHING. Now it's fully running, and nobody wants to bother with it, except maybe to see an IMAX movie. What a waste.

I would say about 85% of the shops are open, although nothing really different than anywhere else in Hong Kong.

Elements rather stupid web site. There is a list of stores if you can be bothered to find it.

how about the cinema? i think its opened already, rite? i would like to check it out, but no website for MCL cinemas :-(

is H&M and Zara already open? how about 360?
for us, who live on park island, kowloon station is much closer than any of the other high end shopping malls. we also dont have any expat supermarket in our area. so kowloon station is interesting for us.

I live in the development there. For the most part, everything is open. And it's true- it's really no different than any of the high end malls in Central except maybe the ice skating rink.

Another thing that really sucks for a serial imbiber such as myself is the dearth of pubs. There's one - Stormies - where the beers are like $98 or something ridiculous (can't remember exactly) and the burgers, wait for it.....are $128.
