Can anyone recommend a good mortgage lender for a 95% loan to purchase an apartment.

No such thing as a good or band lender. Most of the banks seem to have fairly similar packages on offer - as the markets are very competitive. Not sure who offers the 95% deal or what is needed to get that deal.

Usually your estate agent or the property developer (if you're buying brand new) will be able to make some recommendations.

And f you have significant business / investments through the bank then you may be able to get a better deal from them (for example, I believe HSBC has a better offer for their Premier customers)
