There is a Pricerite in Wan Chai but it is a bit hard to find. Maybe look up the address on their website then check the address on YPMap.com. The entrance is in a back road not far from Cafe de Coral.

hey, i've bought small bags of potting soil at both wellcome and park 'n shop... don't think you'll have any problems finding it in most supermarkets...
