hi all,
i am considering whether to live in tai heng or kennedy town at the merton.

my work is at central plaza and i am concerned that it might be too great of a distance from kennedy town.

the apts are similar size (2br) and both around 14k. Altho the one in Tai Heng does not have a fun clubhouse like the merton.

any thoughts?

Go with the Merton, although the Merton clubhouse isn't all that compared to some of the other ones in town. Tai Hang is pretty cool though. If I had to pick, I'd go with the Merton though. Maybe I'll see you in the clubhouse some time.

Kennedy Town is awesome and is an up and coming neighborhood with tons of new restaurants geared towards expats. Don't worry about distance, there are a million bus routes and minibuses going that direction, plus there is an 18P express bus that stops a couple times but then gets directly onto the freeway, the next stop is Wan Chai so its very fast to get to Central Plaza building. The 3 bars in KT are great! Plus "the place" bar is right across the street! Maybe too close hehe.
