Cool office furniture in Kowloon

Hi
Im headed over to set up our company office in Kowloon and need some advice on where to buy some modern cool office furniture (not too Pricey)
in the kowloon area or close by.

I also need help with any good companies for the fit out (electrical, building, carpeting painting etc)

Any help really appreicated
