Buying a flat at Cayman Rise

My husband and I are thinking about buying a 2-bedroom apartment at Cayman Rise in Kennedy Town (Sai Wan?). Does anyone have any thoughts or comments about the location, building, management or its residents etc? How about its future resell or rental potential? Any comments will be most appreciated. Thanks!
