Im not sure about The Waterfront but if youre open to other options in Kowloon try One SilverSea. Its in Tai Kok Tsui near Olympic MTR Station. We looked at many places but found this to be the best.

Hi there

Park 'n shop at Olympic is the nearest big supermarket I know of (one stop on the MTR from Kowloon Station), however with the new Elements mall opening soon there could be a supermarket opening in there. You can always register with PnS to have your groceries delivered.

I stayed at the Waterfront and really enjoyed it, even though at that stage it was a bit out of the way, but it was cheap to catch a cab home from TST or walk.

Cheers.

Ok so youre only 1 station away ... Allicat is right, Park N shop will deliver your groceries to you if you spend HK500 and more ...

I live in the at the Sorrento at Kowloon station and there are actually two supermarkets near the waterfront. One, ParknShop Superstore, is at Olympic 2 and the other is a smaller ParknShop at Olympic 1. Both are one stop from the Kowloon MTR station. You'll find that on occasion it's better to shop at 1 because of the sheer pandemonium at 2.

Also, yes, the Elements mall which is slated to open in October is supposed to have a grocery store there. Last I heard it was going to a more expat-centric one similar to City Super or Taste.

If you're not working on the Island, there is also a City Super at Harbour City (about a 10 minute walk from the Waterfront). Not as big as IFC but it does have a great deli counter and you can pick up most of what you need. Plus if you're feeling adventurous there is the wet market in Yau Ma Tei, think it's Canton Road or Wai Ching St.
