i'm looking for a 6 months lease or preferably sublet starting oct 20th (flexible). Would be great if it is located near Central, midlevels, soho, etc... but i'm ready to consider everything. I need a fully furnished 2bds appt with internet.

I know 3 Jordan Rd next to the Jordan MTR station on Kowloon-side does 6 month leases - not sure what they have in terms on amenties (internet, etc) or apartment size. The telephone number is: +852 25151331

I have a lease on my flat that I want to get out of. I took 2 years in February. This can after one year tennancy be terminated with 2 months notice. This would give you 6 months lease. If interested give me a ring on 618 52844

Discovery Bay has a ferry to Central those who live there say it takes 20 minutes to get to Central.
