| Thai Green Curry Paste please, help me! I am trying all the pastes i can find - but they are not as spicy as the real thing. does anyone know an authentic place to get it? Thank you! TT |

| Don't know if you've tried to the curry paste called Nam Jai. You can get it from Citysuper. But I normally buy the red curry paste and it is as good as the ones you can get it in Thailand. (From a half Thai's view anyway. Hehe) It is in a small package and about $8. |

| I usually add more lime leaves, lemon grass, galangal and bird chilis to get the paste to where I want it to be. |
