Looking for South Indian Restaurant

Can someone tell me if there is a Restaurant serving south inidan food in HK island? i only know about woodlands in TST.

read about a restaurant called 'kairali' in wanchai...haven't tried it out, so don't know if it is any good. i think they have a mix of north indian food and food from kerala.

Branto is more of a Bombay style fast food place (Bhel, Pani Puri and Cheese Masala Dosa). Puritanical south indians (are there another kind?) shudder at the thought of going there.

of course there are other kinds!!! its just that a vast majority of them are vegetarians, etc. and so they all get kind of stereotyped. i was too when all my classmates in delhi heard that a girl from bangalore was looking for a room mate!!!

My remarks were intended for a certain someone who thinks "cheese masala dosas" are ummm... sacrilege.

of course!!! wouldn't imagine doing that to a masala dosa or to any cheese
