Tax Free == Duty Free.

You'll have to get them while going in and out of HK - within the allowances.

However, I am not flying but coming in and out overland from Shenzhen and can't recall any good selection at their micro duty-free shop in Luohu!

I have seen a few advertisements from companies said having bonded-warehouses from where they ship directly worldwide, tax-free. Was just wondering if there were walk-in shops along these lines.

Maybe time to call these guys

Would be interesting to know if you come up with something.

The local "men in black" are pretty tough about tobacco control - we even got a strongly worded notice from them when we'd mistakenly (according to the companies website) identified a retail outlet as selling cigars.
