How to find a helper from Sri Lanka, India or Thailand

I am looking for a domestic helper to work for my Western family. I am fairly disorganized , so I am looking for someone who is fairly competent in this area. We also have three children so patience and experience with kids is also essential. Cooking for the family 4 times a week or so will be part of the job, so Indian cooking would be great, but some knowledge of western cooking is important.

A thai helper would also be wonderful if she spoke English well.

I am not having any luck with the typical websites for finding a helper in Hong Kong.
