I have some business in HK, I wonder if my HK personal account can receive USD from company account oversea ? Do I have to open an company account in HK?

Any account in HK can receive funds from virtually anywhere. All you need is a SWIFT code and account number from your bank for the overseas party to route the transaction to you.

If you have a powervantage type acct, then the money can be kept as USD. If you don't have a multi-currency, then the bank will convert the funds at the current rate and deposit in your HKD account.
