Hi,

I made an impromptu visit to Cuba from Jamaica in April and I could arrange the visa at the airport in Jamaica - not sure if they have the same situation here. It only cost $15 USD. I know others that arranged it from Australia and it cost $80 USD going through the consulate.

If you make it to Cuba, enjoy, it is a fantastic place to visit. Have a chat to some of the locals if you get a chance about what its like living in Cuba. Definitely somewhere I am glad I have discovered.
