Chicago has no term limits for mayor...and is full of nepotism, corruption and stupidity... regardless, it's a pretty cool place, but I'm wagering that most of these moves started a while ago, ours was started very early, in Feb. but it was still COLD here in May. it's very tempting to move somewhere where you don't get so cold your insides shake just walking to the end of the block...just one part of the puzzle...
