As far as quarantine goes, you DON'T want to do that, imho! Any dog who has known the comforts of home and the personal love of people suffers terribly in a kennel quarantine situation. Additionally, 6 months in a cage means loss of house-training

(
Though we are in the USA, we ourselves and many friends do private Bichon-sitting throughout the year. Some are short term, some long. many Bichonlovers around the world do the same (but remember ALL offers need to be checked out carefully, complete with homecheck and references.)
Our world-wide Bichon group may include someone competent from Hong Kong willing to sit for your beloved bichon puppy, Not sure of course, would have to post your need.
If you haven't found a private home arrangement, let me know and I'll post to our Bichon group.
