I'm way out of your age range, but it would be extremely helpful for a lot a people who ask questions here if you could give us a few hints on how someone 16-19 (presumably a non-Chinese-speaking, non-graduate) managed to get an Employment Visa in Hong Kong. Many people would apparently love to emulate this.

Perhaps, but even so, non-Chinese, non-graduate "engineer" jobs?

Guanxi (sic)????

For OP - if you've no qualms going out on your on to meet people and no-one else answers, then try Devils Advocate on a Wed night and Kangaroo downunder in Wanchai on most nights.

School kids and Uni kids all on holiday so plenty about just not sure how many on this site.

haha nope! I'm a teenager as well. But yes, how did you manage to get a job if you're around 16-19?

Does 23 count as a teenager ?

I've only been here 2 weeks, getting my bearings but soooo depressing - LKF and Soho are fantastic at the weekends but don't fancy drinking alone!

Living in WanChai at the moment, would be great to have a meet-up & meet some new people.

PM if interested.
