Maximum luggage (Border Crossing: Lowu <-> HK)

I want to buy a number of relatively small electronic devices (looking similar to calculators).

I would buy them from Shenzhen and carry them over the Lowu border and get onto the KCR.

Question: Could I do that or is that a customs thingy?

If you don't go over the duty free amount and these electronics are legal you have no issues.

If these devices are illegal customs are going to have an issue.

I don't think customs would bother if they aren't fake brands. If the volume of your luggage exceeds certain limits, you would have to buy a luggage ticket.

When you see haow much is being dragged over the border I don't think a few small devices would attract any attention. The othe day I was behind an Indian chap with 4 locals ( sans trollies ) . They had BIG screen TVs and a Fridge Freezer.

The luggage ticket is for the KCR if you have oversize loads. Yours would no where near apply.
