i run a small business and am looking for someone to take care of all the accounting stuff - bookkeeping, payroll, mpf, invoicing, budgeting etc.

i'm looking to either hire an in-house accountant or possibly outsource it.

if i hire in-house, how much in salary should i expect to pay?

if i outsource it, how much would it cost and can someone recommend anyone?
