Can anyone recommend any good 1 bedroom places for a 3 month lease?

from having a quick look it seems that 3 months pretty much means service apartment. I work in Sheung Wan, preferably would like to live near central or tst but wouldn't mind a commute if it put me near a nice beach. Is it possible to get a good one for 20k-25k a month? Anyone stayed in or know of one they could recommend?
I've had a ring round a few but a lot seem to be fully booked at the moment...
