hello...im kirstie, I'm trying to find out a few things before I move to Hk..well..Im gonna be shipping my stuff...things like hi-fi's,dvd players,and all the usual stuff, what I am wondering is, do I get charged a lot by customs on the HK side?
Anybody give me an idea about the customs charges? Such as charges for a hi-fi or something?

Rest easy! HK has long laid claim to fame as a duty-free port. (Except on a few things like liquor, tobacco and maybe perfumes beyond personal limits, and commercial imports of these and a small handful of other items, HK has no import duties).
