| the prices quoted are probably exclusive of management fees, and possibly even of gov't rates.
however, if you compare the housing costs in DB to say, mid-levels, db is much better value for $$$. but this doesn't take into consideration the cost of ferry/transportation.
i've lived in DB for the past 6.5 years and love it. we are however moving on friday to sai kung. we got an even better deal there. we are tripling our space and cutting our rent by 1/3!
