The Explore Sai Kung Magazine (10,000 print copies distributed throughout SK 10x/yr) has a classified section in it and you could put a notice looking for a tennis partner (or whatever) in there (there is a small charge, though, I'm afraid).

OR... we also have an E-News that goes out to (currently) 1,300 Sai Kung residents about every 2 weeks. We take adverts for this but they are more for businesses - mmmm.....maybe we should should start a classified section in this. Send me a pm and we can talk.

Also - our new website is very delayed (there just aren't enough hours in the day) but we will have something like this in that as well (for free).

Re. Mens' Rugby - I remember Mike Muir (vet at Pets Central) talking about playing in a men's rugby group in Sai Kung last year. Not sure if it's still going but....ask him.
