| | | Any gym that I can use for only paying 1 day ? Hello, I am looking for a Gym, and as i dont have much time to go there, cause i will start to study... I want to find a gym that i can pay per 1 day use...
in my country (Dominican Republic) every gym allows people to pay per 1 day usage (so cheap, only 5 hk dollars per day!!) ... but i dont know about it in HK...
Please help me to find it.
I Live in Jordan/Yau Ma Tei.
Thanks. | |

| | | Yah many gyms to this...average is about HK$100 a day
There is a Gym on the first floor of Lucky House (Jordan and Nathan Rd) if you are into just lifting and pressing
Also, Physical in TST at the Shearton I believe in HK100 or HK110 per day and California Fitness across the street but not sure on rates.

Go to the intersection of Nathan & Jordan roads in Kowloon and you'll see a 1st floor place called Power Gym with a muscle-bound guy on the logo is about HK$350 for one month - I think.
Franco's Gym on Nathan Road, Mongkok between Argyle Street and Fife Street, same side of road to Hang Seng bank.
The Fitness Gym at the Ka Lok building in Mongkok.
Also, there is the Leisure and Cultural Service Dept. which runs the gym and pool at Kowloon Park check out: http://www.lcsd.gov.hk/lschemes/gcfs/en/index.html
