anyways can anybody help me by telling me what shud i do to change my name in HK id card

You need the form here:
http://www.immd.gov.hk/pdforms/rop73.pdf
You will also need to submit the relevant documents to show why your name has changed (e.g. marriage certificate)

If you wish to change your name in HK-
you need
i) marriage certificate if you change your surname by virtue of marriage
ii) for other reasons: deed poll (can be prepared by a solicitor)- usually costs a few hundred dollars (the cheapest I've heard was between HKD 300-400)

After getting these documents, you'll have to apply to the Immigration Dept to change the details recorded on your HKIC. This costs $395 (and the same process applies as to renewing a HKIC).
