China Firewall Email Problems

Is it me or are other people noticing that there is a lot of chatter on blogs and corporate websites that email is not getting through the China Firewall?

Have seen reports that this may be due to a telco level email filtering update.

I have enough problems with firewalls in HK. There is a certain gov't dept that deals with overseas organisations whose firewall blocks emails from abroad! The staff have to use their own private hotmail accounts for business use
