As some of you may know, am in the midst of finalizing a corporate membership for Pure Fitness & Yoga - I say this in that this gets me unprecedented bargaining power for any friends that want to join up also no matter what other package they choose - waiving the joining fee is a guarantee already so:

If you are interested in joining Pure Fitness and or Yoga within the next three days, reply in this thread with what package you want and I will ask the company to come back with a quote, which will undoubtedly be cheaper than any of you will be able to get, if you find the numbers acceptable you can make the appointment with the Pure Representative yourself and sort the details at the Gym location of your choice.

Why am I doing this? I've already maxed out my referal bonus months (all five: one free month for every referal, seeing as I am buying for a whole company, wasn't hard, and five months is the most one gets free) - but it isn't that much more work when I am dealing with the people anyways, but more people just means more bargaining power for myself and anyone else associated with me: a truly spectacular scenario.

I still have Fitness First membership until early 2008, but I'd love to have membership at Kinwick (right by my home). What kind of deal are we talking about? Under 500 a month would be sweet!

Hard worker that I am will be meeting up with them tommorow to talk so will run that by them; trust me, you won't get rates like I can right now - they want the corporate business so all this stuff is just more incentives for myself, I don't mind helping out you guys anyways, all it really involves me doing is just getting fabolous quotes, that you follow up with the contact! (Increasing the Bargaining Power all round)

Options are off the top of my head, late at night:

1. 12/24 Month Contract
2. Pure Fitness: Langham/IFC/Kinwick/ALL
3. Pure Yoga... (I don't do Yoga but many of you might)
4. Everything.

My kind of synergy! I wish I wasn't tied to Fitness First right now. Additionally, I don't know if I'll still be living in HK next year, so that's an issue. It would still be interesting to see what kind of rate you could get for a 12-month contract for just Kinwick.

Or are you going to get them to throw in an annual ad contract on GeoExpat like Seasons Fitness has?

I am in the midst of arranging a Corporate Contract with them (35+ Member Undertaking), they are all ears when I talk, but I think I will for now just stretch it to get bargaining for other people if they choose.

Pure's still the best in town, but after Seasons is done with it's renovation, I think they have a good chance of being the best in town. BTW, I started working out at Seasons in '94 (when it was still Tom Turks).

Im really interested. Im only stayin in HK for two months so Ive had a terrible time finding a gym. CA fitness want to charge me 1700 a month! Can you get a quote for me for a two month membership? I checked their website and they should have them.
