i produced Sports TV programme in local tv station, and i had a number of boxing features under my belt,

i know some coaches and ex-champs quite well and they operate their gym in a no bs manner, form where i see it, they don't make much, just sheer love of the punching i guess, if u want i can hook u guys up and probably get a big discount too

the def thingy looks more like a rip off by looking at the price they charge

Heard there is a franchise Thai boxing gym in Wan Chai but forgot the name. Will come back with that later.

Def boxing is great -very professional style of training in a friendly dedicated gym with good mix of beginners and contenders.

i would especially recommend Dave Lam a Canadian Chinese trainer there if you opt for private trainer over the group classes.

Charges for personal training less than fitness first etc and no ridiculous up front fees or no break contracts(i get a monthly package)
