Hi, I read through this thread and I thought it was a good idea to create a group on facebook to better organize events. So if you have facebook just search : Young HK Expats. The group is open for anyone to join and if anyone wants to be in charge of the group just let me know. Since I will probably not have that much time to organize things.

i found the expats group on facebook and invited myself:P hope you guys don't mind, hehe. feel free to add me as a friend too i can't wait to meet more people so that i can enjoy some of the highlights of hk with some nice ppl not unlike myself

i've gotta say that being friendless in hk is a mixture of boredom, isolation and downright awkwardness: case in point- NEVER go to see "lust caution" with your dad even if you really, really wanna see it but have no movie buddy(*shudder *shudder)

Its got most of us on so I suggest go to that one.
