Skyhood ! I rent out my apartment via property agent, as positive investor, I try all sources to rent out my property, it is normal, isn't it. If you provide me your e-mail address, I can e-mail some photo of my apartment to you, just have a look, not for rent. Renovation was finished last Sat, many potential tanent come, they all want to rent it, some people said this is their dream home. The coming tenant like it very much, he said it is really a nice apartment indeed. I guest you are also living a very nice apartment in Gold Coast, otherwise, you will not highly recommended the place to other. Are you living in a house with 15fit ceiling, not apartment right ?

A few corrections in order, we live near the Gold Coast, not actually in the complex itself, but we can just see the GC Marina from one of our bay views from the dining room window.

And no its not a house that we live, but a top floor apartment with roof top garden, car space inc, one that just happened to have a very rare feature arched ceiling with a 11 foot wide x 15 foot tall palladium window. The brightest natural light residence I've ever come accross. ( Which we adore ) We are close to finishing very comprehensive renovations of our own personal design, just had our red cabreuva Brazillian polished hardwood floor boards installed today. Only high grade materials were used, as we have no plans to ever sell this apartment, its not easy finding individualistic low density apartments in HK, we plan to enjoy it as much as possible..

Which property are you staying? HKD22k/month is very attractive. Any agent to recommend?TQ

Chako the apartment that Jimmy332 was or is renting, is the top floor duplex apartment ( 2 storey ) inc full length balcony on the 1st floor, and a 700ft2 roof top terrace above the second floor of the Gold Coast Residences complex.. We actually had a look at a few of them for a work colleague, but the current price is $23,500HKD per month since Jim posted 22K. Very nice if renovated and furnished, pretty hard not to like the million dollar view overlooking the marina, when it isn't hazy . Visit the Sino management leasing office located on the second floor of the Gold Coast Mall if you want to have a look.

Other alternatives to the Gold Coast Residences are:
  • Palm Beach is another apartment complex that is made up of only double story duplexes, but all over 30K ( 35K per month last time we checked ) per month, but of a much higher standard, & bigger again..
  • Aqua Blue is also in your price range at $18,500 per month inc car space for 1200ft2, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom and a maids nook behind the gas oven equipped kitchen. ( Under 5 years old complex ) That complex has its own mini buses to Tsuen Wan and Tuen Mun MTR's, the complex is located at 28 Tsing Fat Road Tuen Mun. 15 minutes walk from the Gold Coast mall....

Hi, anyone staying at Hillsgrove, Gold Coast?

Do you think HKD25k/month fully furnished duplex apartment at Hillsgrove too expensive?

Thank you.

Hillgrove has 10 ft ceilings inside those homes and they are 1500 ish ft 2 inside yeah ?

25k is about what Hillgrove is worth, as its a very low density complex and under 5 years old. Palm Beach, Hillgrove and Aqua Blue are about the best apartment complexes there. Palm Beach being the most expensive, Aqua blue starting at about 18K per month.

The Goldcoast 1450ft2 duplexes are going for $23,500 per month, so, $25,000 per month for the Hill grove sounds about right.
