Renting in HK

Hello!

I am a student from Australia who is interested in renting a furnish/service apartment in HK during Dec 2004 to Feb 2005, for about 1-2 month, and for 2-3 people.

Could you please suggest some affordable places i can search.

Thank you!

Thank you for you suggestions.

Just a quick questions, does anyone know if it is cheaper (as in renting wise) to live in Kowloon area or Hong Kong area?

There are cheaper and more expensive areas within both, but in general Kowloon will be a bit cheaper.

There's a link in the Resources/FAQs box at the top left of this page which leads to

http://www.serviced-apartments.hk/

which lists a couple of properties in Kowloon.

Hi, I have an old flat in a small island in Hong Kong for rent with 2 bedrooms, which can fit 2 or 3 people. Transportation is about 25 mins ferry between the island and downtown. Is monthly HK3500 affordable for you?
