Service Apartment for 14-16k

Hi,

My wife, my young toddler and I are moving to Hong Kong in August. We are looking for a 2bedroom service apartment to stay at for a few months while we get settled in. Can we find a reasonably priced service apartment for 14-16k?

Kowloon, TST area is fine as well. We prefer an area that is close to a pre-nursery for my son.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Is the air as bad I'm hearing? I haven't been to Hong Kong in 5 years now.
