It might be if you are from TO! Isn't it true that the average Torontonian's view of Canada is what they can see from the CN Tower on a clear day? Or was that a foggy day? Just kidding.

In Vancouver, when you are in a business meeting with people over 40 it is rare indeed to find people who - like me - were born and raised in Vancouver. They have all come from the east- maybe for the pot which grows all over the place sadly as it is wrecking neighbourhoods.

I'm from Toronto... but I don't miss it very much (except for jerk chicken and Timmy's coffee). I do, however, miss partying in Montreal!

What does everyone do for fun here? I know it's usually LFK but the locals I've made friends with aren't very good drinkers(I'm not saying I am) but I do wanna hang out with people that can party and drink.. I'm Canadian we drink...If anyone wants to chat with me, 24 CBC (pretty white washed) please msn me, tiger_lily1002@hotmail.com
Bella, I can relate with what you're saying about not quite fitting in with the locals here. I'm somewhere between a local and an expat who has little connection or knowledge of anything Chinese. Are you and any other CBCs interested in meeting up for lunch sometime?
