Can anyone suggest a place for a firm but enjoyable massage?

I'm looking for a fully trained therapist not a walk-in place, as my neck is very sore.

Know a few thai massage places that do good strong therapeutic massages.

Would never class tham as enjoyable but know they help a lot of people with chronic back/neck/limb pain or injuries.

Know one in Sai Kung best but also know one in Wanchai but would have to look up address.

Saikung is a bit far, but Wanchai would be good, thanks.

I can deal with some discomfort but some of the massages I've had here are like being hit with a rolling pin.

Had an excellent experience at this Chinese Doctor one of his specialty is sports related issues. 1 year ago he has fixed a problem with my shoulder/neck region which was a chronic problem for 3 years prior, which no western doctor could fix and even denied there was a serious problem.

Bring a friend that speaks Cantonese, but he just touched my neck and knew the problem. After acupuncture and massage I was feeling instantly better from release of the tension. Then a two day total recovery period after things were realigned after years of chronic pain.

I would not describe the experience as "enjoyable" in the sense I never had acu and was in serious pain, I could not raise normally from the sleeping position. Additionally this is not a "spa" if you want a problem fixed he is the man to see. He is professional and all the offices are clean and needles are one time use only and sterilized equipment.
