I was reading the rules on hkdnr and came upon this puzzling rule, can anyone tell me the reason for

"We may refuse to register Domain Names that are:

(e) common surnames or family names; "

[KnowItAll]

They will put whatever they can, in their contract, to restrict registrations.

.COM.CN and .CN have less restrictions ..

However, in practical sense .. you might be able to slip through.
