Hi All!

Anyone have experience moving their mortgage to HK from other countries? Is it worth it?

I'm paying crazy transfer fees trying to pay the monthy dues and would love to know if anyone recommends a better course of action in $HK?

Which bank and where?

Currently with Suncorp Bank (out of Queensland).

The interest rate is up in the 8% mark and I'd love to pay less intest by moving it to something else closer to home here in Hong kong.

Any ideas?
