Most of the red mini buses to Causeway Bay will used "daimaru". "Dai maru" or "dai malo" mean big road in Cantonese (dai=big, ma=horse, lo=road, malo=bigger road than "road").
You should look for the Caine Rd, but its a rare service.
As a foreigner (gweilo, gweimui, gweipo), you pronounced the Caine Rd as "keen lo" or "Caine lo", it doesn't make much different in local ear.
#13 green mini buses to Pokfield Rd and change buses there was your better choice but time consuming. You can catch the #13 green mini buses in front of "The Merton" or "Shanghai Commercial Bank".
