Whats with wikipedia the last 2 days here? My friends outside can get to it, I can get to it thru a proxy server...are we being censored here in HK?

hmmm, well after a reboot it works just fine. Odd that only this one site behaved this way. I had no trouble with any other sites.

Could be a firewall issue or other software that regulates traffic. Last week I couldn't access any apple.com site or even visit the itunes store. Turns out it was related to my PeerGuardian software. I changed some of the options and then it was fixed.

different point but i think there's quite a few wikipedia entries concerning HK topics (company, people, places etc) that are written like a advertisements/propoganda piece. Dont be suprised if you cant find anything controversial/critical.

The whole wiki editing thing has spiraled out of control. Most entries are now locked down .. and the 13 year old kids with way too much time on their hands have taken over editorial control in many categories.
