Question Flat-share accommodation

Hi there. I'm new to the board and have a couple of quick questions about flat-sharing. First and foremost, what are the main websites for flat-sharing in Hong Kong? I'm only on a starter salary as I've just graduated so unfortunately won't be able to afford a place to myself!

Secondly, would you reccommend I find a place online before moving over. Or would you reccommend I find a Hotel in HK, and then find a flat-share whilst I am over there?

How is finding a flat-share usually done by expats moving over to HK?

Thank you hugely in advance! Sorry to bombard you with questions as well but I need all the help I can get at the moment!

Yep recommend that you find a hotel/hostel or a place on www.globalfreeloaders.com for a few nights. When you arrive look for various people offering flatshares.

Expats check the following for flatshares in HK:

It surprises me that there are so few flat shares on offer considering the nice little extra income it involves and also the fact that rent in Hong Kong is so very expensive.

too tiny

I suppose it's because some apartments are just too small to share to begin with.
