Accommodation for under $6000/$7000 per month:
on HK Island,
preferably in Central/Wanchai/Happy Valley/ Tai Koo Shing/ Admiralty (if there is any)/Mid Levels or elsewhere near MTR???

If you look hard enough you can find a place for that price - but the actual size of the living space maybe tight.

You may also consider doing a flatshare as you may get more space but have to share common areas with someone.

Also, Happy Valley is not near the MTR but does have bus routes and the tram.

Hi, you can try out places like tung chung, tsing yi, tseun wan... you can find out a fully furnished apartment here near mtr under 7k.

I have a studio for rent at HK$6,200 per month for a one year leaseing term or HK$6,500 for 6 months leasing terms. The room comes with fully furnished with 27"LCDTV and a set toilet/shower room, 4x6ft double bed with full bet set, aircon (Split Type, very quiet).

Public area sharing with other 3 studios, full kitchen with inductive cooker / microwave / refrigirator / hot&cold water dispenser / washing machine. Public area will be clean almost everyday MON-SAT (occationally cleaning on SUN & PUBLIC HOLIDAY)

Others charges:
water bill $50 per head per month
electricity $2 per unit (meter charges for individual room only / public area electricity is FREE of charge)
wire / wired 8M broadbank $100 per month (optional)
