Has anyone dealt with Inchroy Finance in relation to property purchase in Hong Kong?

Seem to have been bought by Wing Hang once Bank of America exited.

If I recall, their niche used to be taxi loan financing for Inchcape who were the Toyota distributor in HK.

I'd expect them to be a very localized vendor to deal with.

Curious as to why you'd opt for them instead of one of the mainstream banks? The way I look at it, if you're with a mainstream bank, your relationship value, thanks to the mortgage is higher and you can get more services..
