Hi there, I need some help here.

I am changing my job and very soon to start with my next new company.
What should I do with the working visa? I have a lapse time of 3 months before it expire. Someone out there, please advise.

Your new company needs to sponsor you for a new work visa. The process is essentially the same as when you got your previous work visa.

Help! What would happen to a person's condition of stay who will resign from current company? Work visa expires end of March 2005. The spouse is still working with valid visa. Should the person re-apply as a dependent soon? Thanks!

Besides, do I still need to submit all the papers (ic. certificates, testimonial...etc) again? Don't they have my record with them.
And..how long do you think it will take to process the visa cos I may be needed
to start my service with the company.
