Does anyone have any thoughts on CentreStage in Shueng Wan? I'm doing some research on the property/area and any info would be appreciated.

its a nice bldg. brand new, luxurious lobby, and great location - seconds away from soho. but like most new bldgs, square footage is quite small...

And if you just look across the road Hollywood Terrace has some very nice apartments and a significantly cheaper price (for rent or sale).
