| | | Work Visa-Forced Marriage
Does anybody know if getting married to somebody with a work visa would allow me to get a work visa?
I think I have a couple of probables and one definite yes but I need to know if its worth while. | |

| | | If you are legimately married to someone with an Employment Visa then you have the right to apply for a Dependant Visa, which would give you the right to work.
However, the Immigration Department does have to be satisfed that the marriage is genuine, and they can (and do ) refuse visa applications in cases where they do not believe it to be so. | |
