Minimum period of stay in HK under work visa Does anyone know the minimum period per year one has to be in HK if one holds a work visa? I travel a fair bit out of HK for work and holidays back home. Wonder if there is a "terms and conditions" for work visa. Thanks for any advice.

I can't see any reason why there would be a minimum as far as Immigration is concerned. I certainly had years where I was out of HK more than I was in it. Keep a detailed travel log and you can get a proportion of your tax back.

I get to go home and still get more money back, not a bad deal. I sincerely thank you for your wisdom. That's really cool! I am one happy man.
