Did you read the post? She signed up for like 2-3 months. How is that a long term contract?

Funny, Chigger you must be a friend of Fkhan or have some supernatural psychic abilities....i couldn't find anywhere in Fkhan's original message that said her lease was 2 or 3 months....it only said that she paid for 2 months...which is the norm in HK for security deposit on long term leases of 1 year or more....plus regardless of whether it was a sublet or not...I believe there are many people out there sublet on long term basis without the knowledge of the owner....

to be safe...all tenants should get some confirmation that the person they are renting from is the owner....
