Here is my situation:
Pretend I am moving to HK on the 20th of June, I will be permitted to stay for only 30 days. The thing is that I have an internship untill the end of August, so where to go to get the permission to stay untill that time ?

Maybe send an email to enquiry@immd.gov.hk about what you can do. Normally you need a work visa, but the situation may be slightly different for this.

Bottom line is you won't have a visa for at least 4-6 weeks anyways. So June 20th won't work for you.

The organization you are doing an internship with should be applying for a training visa - as this will allow you to be in HK without any hassles from immigration.

But to answer your question you can travel to either Macau (by Ferry) or Shenzhen (by KCRC or Bus). Not sure what kind of passport you hold so not sure about your visa requirements.
