Does anybody know if hong kong has anything like a highway code for drivers and where to get a copy?

Have tried googling, asking elsewhere etc and have drawn a blank.

Any help would be appreciated

What do you mean about highway code? Do you mean code for where to drive? Laws that apply to expressways only or what?

HK is a small place, highways are not much, no coding system like UK or US.

I am guessing that you could be referring to the Road Users' Code issued by the Transport Department.

If you prefer a hard copy, you might be able to obtain one from the TD. They usually hand out these books to people who apply for a Learner's Licence.
